Q
It says on it that it is oil free, but when you read ingredients, it clearly says that it has castor oil and safflower seed oil?
Asked by Dev
Verified Reply - Staff ExpertThe Oil Free claim means that the ingredients in a product do not contain petroleum derived oils such as mineral oil and that the total amount of non-petroleum oils is less than 1%. This products meets the above requirement, therefore we claim that this is oil free. We hope that this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

i love the fabulous face foundation primer but cant find it anymore, is this the same? if not what would be the closest?
Asked by shesha
Verified Reply - Staff ExpertThe closest match to the foundation you are referring to would be the Poreless Foundation. However, you may find this to be a great option, and, at the same great price point! Was this answer helpful to you

I have a sample size primer that's called Mattifying Face Primer and reads "controls shine and blurrs pores". Is the packaging different? This is the closest I find to my sample product. Its not called Pro Matte Prime as it has in the description on how it was formerly called.

Works well for controlling shine!

The first few times I used this I was using waaaay too much product, so it didn't work out for me. My makeup was sliding off way faster and I looked twice as shiny! But then I learned how to use primers correctly. First off, all you need is a teeny tiny bit for it to work! I use a tiny amount and ...

Liquid to Powder Finish

I feel a little torn with this product. I'd give it a 3.5 if I had the option. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. I liked that it goes on very smooth, and I was surprised when the liquid left a powdery, matte feeling under my fingers. I have oily, acne-prone skin, so I like anything that...

I WAS so in love with this primer. I went to purchase more and realized the packaging was different, it says that it is the same but I have used this a few times and it does not work for me. Soo oily. Such a bummer.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Omg this primer is perfect! It controls the oil/shine on my face. It's clear & feels very lightweight, which is great (I have sensory issues) lolz. I do wish the container was bigger!!

Doesn't work, contains 2 kinds of oil

From Wexford Pa

This doesn't work, and my skin is shiny 1 to 2 hours after applying this primer under my makeup. I was surprised by how greasy this product felt when I used for the first time. After squinting at the microscopic list of ingredients, I read that this contains TWO kinds of oil: mineral and safflower. No wonder it doesn't control the shine on my face. I do not recommend.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
