First up, get naked. Or at least naked enough to tan your super hot bod. Make sure your skin is clean, exfoliated and dry. Apply mousse with a tan mitt, wash your hands, wait at least 1 hour and then shower. If you want it crazy dark - double coat it, leave on for 4+ hours.
Precautions: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin ageing, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Use only as directed. avoid contact with eyes and lips. Carry out a patch test 24 hours before use. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Store below 86 degrees F in a cool, dark area. Do I need to be freshly shaved before putting on this tan?

can i put it on my face?

- Official Answer By b.tan - Brand Engagehi lovely! to ensure the perfect face tan, we recommend only using the left over residue left on your mitt after you've tanned your whole body so that you don't use too much (our faces absorb more product easier than the rest of our body)! you may also use a light layer of moisturizer before applying the tan to create a bit of a barrier so that the tan doesn't absorb too much and clog your pores. xxWas this answer helpful to you

Does this transfer onto clothing?

- Official Answer By b.tan - Brand Engagehey lovely, before you've rinsed off the product, there may be a little transfer if you don't wear loose-fitting clothing or if you sleep in it. you can lightly dust some baby powder over the tan to set/dry it to help stop this from happening. once you've rinsed off the tan thoroughly after the development stage you shouldn't get any transfer though. happy tanning xxWas this answer helpful to you

love it! no orange
i have been searching for an affordable self tanner that doesn't leave me orange and this totally does the trick. i slept in it instead of just an hour, and it looks amazing and natural. i also don't smell it at all after showering! slight smell when developing, but nothing crazy.

this product I've been using for years now and ive never once been unhappy with it. before I used this product I used Jergens tanner and i always came out looking SO orange. the love at first tan tanner has a purple tint so u come out not looking orange but looking the most natural shade of a tan. if u are looking for a good tanner and have other options eliminate them because this product is all you need and will change ur tanning game! 50/10
BEST fake tanner for pale people but strong smell
If youre looking for a dramatic fake tanner, this isnt the one. Im pale (first shade on foundations, cool toned) and left it on for the full hour and it looks like a realistic tan for me who doesnt tan at all. The only downside is that the smell is strong, I wouldnt say its a super unpleasant smell but it just smells like a fake tanner.
Used for years
As someone who's the equivalent of a mac NW10, this has been my go to idiot proof self tan for a few summers now. The purple undertone is great and produces a natural looking color on me. I leave on 1-2 hours for a nice glow, and 3-6 hours for a solid tan. It continues to develop for 12-24 hours after washing off so be aware. Of course, make sure to exfoliate/shave/moisturize for best results.

I was initially attracted to this for 2 reasons, the price and it says it knocks out orange. I was not disappointed. It says it works in an hour but the longer you leave it on the darker you will be, so I left it on for 6 hours. This is my 3rd time using it and I decided I'm going to stick with this because I have fair skin, so I tend to look orange with other products I've used (and I have used many). I don't get streaky either, and the smell isn't bad, plus it goes away after you shower. The only down side is it takes a couple hours to dry, but the results make it worth it.
