I am 55+ AND wear clear aligners that attract lipsticks, tinted balms, lip glosses... like NO OTHER!! I had resigned myself to wearing only lip liner and clear balm until I was out of aligners until I tried this! It is seriously like lipstick superglue! sadly this didn't work for me
I have tried making this lip primer work, but it does nothing useful for me. It feels weird on my lips, it doesn't make my lip liner or lipstick apply or adhere any better, and it seems to dry out the skin on my lips. Perhaps this is "operator error" on my part because it sounds like it works well ...

I only tried this once but it does help to moisturize your lips before applying a matt lipstick.

For a long time, I've been using "Mac Prep+Prime" lip primer. I HATED the price but IMO, it was the best product for my lips. Thinking there must be something uh, cheaper..... I did a web search and "Colour Pop Lippie Stix Primer" kept coming up. I figured for the price, I'll just toss it if I don't like it. Y'all, I'm KEEPING this bad boy and going back to purchase a few more. This product is an ABSOLUTE DUPE for the Mac item I mentioned above. I love it.

Yes, I would say this lippie is a must have. It goes on smoothly on my lips and since I like to pair with my various ColourPop lux and lippies I own, I enjoy a longer stay of my lipsticks and gloss. Love it!
awesome product
honestly this lip primer helps keep everything (regular lipstick that usually comes off rly easily to liquid lipstick) stay on my lips. it's almost alarming how much better lip products stay on my lips b/c of this.
