Excellent as a lip primer
I really love these. They do have a mousse-y light texture and they work best, IMO as a light layer under a more occlusive lip product at night or under your lipstick/gloss during the day. It's very moisturizing, but I do feel like it's a first step!
Hated this product
I thought this product was kind of powdery/chalky. Not hydrating at all. Also I am someone who does care about how the lip product tastes because it gets on my straw and everything else, and it was horrible. I also feel like it stunk so I would not recommend this product
Misleading
I was roped in by the cute packaging but the quality of these lip balms are not good. While they do smell good, their taste is chemically and not pleasant. I would not consider these 'lip milks' because they are more moussey in texture, which does make my lips feel very soft. If taste doesnt bother you and the price point is something you can over look, maybe you wouldn't return them like it did.
