How To Use

To release pump, make sure its base is twisted tightly onto the bottle. Twist pump toward 'open' and let it pop up. Use on wet hair. Gently massage into a thick lather. So lovelyI looooove this shampoo and conditioner. I have pretty fine virgin hair that will get pretty wavy with the right products and technique, but for every day I just prefer more voluminous ~bends~. These two work great for both! I use it at night usually (the lavender scent is so relaxing and beautiful) and let my hair dry a little before bed then when I wake up it just looks nice right away. I don't have to mess around with it and it has really helped me cut back on using heat on my hair! I also like to put some of the conditioner into my hair when it's still soaking wet in the shower as a leave-in before towel drying. I don't know how much of it actually stays in past the towel dry, but I feel like it makes my hair extra soft. I hope this continues to work this well for me; I'll buy it forever.Was a great productWhy would this packaging be switched to a metal can?? A metal can... I have been shopping at Ulta for almost 10 years and this is my first review. I LOVED this product because of the ingredients, but now I dislike the new packaging so much that I will not buy this again. I may even try to return or I'll try to dump it into another container but I'll be losing product as it's almost impossible to get it all out of a can. It's very inefficient. First, everyone has different amounts of hair so a person with short hair may need 4 pumps taking 1 min and a person with long or thick hair will need 14 pumps and 5 min just to dispense. Very time consuming. Not to mention you have to hold it with one hand, hold the cold can against your body to pump it into the other hand to get full pumps or, keep bending over in the shower with soap in your hair and hands to get half pumps. Losing a lot of valuable time. When before, if you have short hair you give the tube a little squeeze, if you have a lot of hair give the tube a big squeeze. Second, the metal will leave rust spots, if it falls in the shower it makes a very loud bang and will hurt much more if it lands on a foot or toe than a tube. Overall the metal can is not shower friendly. It's difficult to function in the shower and adds extra time to your routine and it's very difficult to dispense. It's very disappointing considering I loved the actual product and smell so much but the new packaging totally ruined the whole satisfaction of using it. Not to mention the pump on the leave in conditioner didn't even work I have to take the top off and wipe the conditioner off of the straw part. Please change this great product's packaging back or to something else and I'll buy it again.

BEST PRODUCT LINE EVER

I have been searching for the perfect shampoo and conditioner to use on my hair for FOREVER! I tried the Mane magic, but my hair is too oily and didn't work the way I wanted. However, I decided to give this set a try. I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner every other day for the last 2 months and my hair hasnt been this healthy since before I started getting color. It is soft, shiny, and I noticed more body added to the ends (length) part of my hair. It also smells like lavender, which is so soothing and amazing! I also dont get product buildup at all while using this line. The only things I dont like is that some of the pumps get stuck, but I found if you unscrew the pump from the bottle and use pliers around it, it comes unstuck pretty easily. I also wish that this came in a bigger size bottle, as well as a travel size. For real, if this was the only thing I could pack in my suitcase, it would be this!!!

I had high hopes for this. My hair looked no different if I were to use my regular shampoo. I was hoping to just wash and go. I had to style it as usual. No luck for me. It smells good. And my hair feels good and clean after. Just doesn't look amazing when it's dry.

Couldn't Open Pump

I was excited to try this shampoo, but couldn't even get the pump open. I never tried the shampoo, and don't think it's worth the fight to even open the bottle to get to the product 👎🏼

didn't really lather, had to use 4 pumps just for my roots. and then after using it my hair feels dry and brittle even with the conditioner. makes my hair greasy fast, only volume i see is frizz.
