Decent glitter eyeshadow toppers
I bought this palette because I was looking for shimmers that are not too chrome or metallic or super blinding with chunky glitter. These shadows are not super opaque but rather give off a nice shimmer on the eye. You can definitely use these best as eyeshadow toppers. I found the texture to be typical of this brand's quality--they're not the best shadows I've tried but they're not horrible either. If you can get the palette on sale, I think it's worth getting. The packaging is metal and sturdy. However, I had issues with Ulta's delivery. Ulta sent my palette in a bubble mailer. I had to get a replacement palette from Ulta because the first palette arrived with broken eyeshadows. I included some pictures of the eyeshadows but it's very hard to capture glitter on camera.

The colors are right up my ally but girl these are chalk city. The pigment? Non existent. Patchy. The glitter is barely there. Awful.
