Apply to towel dried hair before blow drying. Use 5-7 sprays from roots to ends, making sure you apply as evenly as possible. Flip hair upside down while blow drying for extra lift and hold at the root. Once hair is completely dry, style with hot tools as desired.

For thermal protection we recommend using the Kristin Ess Hair Style Assist Blow Dry Mist. The trick is using this correctly. I towel dry and comb and let it air dry a bit. I then spray in under sections of hair closer to the root ends. A little sprits here and there. Not over kill. If your blow drying turn your head upside down and give a lift underneath. That helps too. Great price too.

I love this product. It does exactly what it claims. It isn't too sticky either. It gives great volume with little effort. I've Even tried it on dry hair and it works. It smells fine some people claimed they hated how it smells , I don't mind it. This is a great product when used correctly

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I think it's because it's not being used right! When the hair is wet you have to go light with the amount you apply! It will leave a slight residue, but all thickening sprays do. It adds so much volume and texture to my hair I love!!! And like all the other products it smells amazing

This product is almost a holy grail for me. Adds volume all over my hair, including but not limited to the roots, and is super easy to apply--i just spray all over before I brush and then blow dry. Crazy good price too, for how well it works. The volume sticks around for days.
