Apply to soaking wet hair after washing. Rake through to ensure you are evenly coating all strands, then use the "praying hands" method to smooth locks down, seal the moisture in and tame the cuticles. For best results, follow with stylers from the Volume Recipe and air dry or diffuse.

Awful scent - not sure the benefits are worth it
I have loved every Curlsmith product I've used so far, but this one was a shocking miss for me. My main issue is the strong, unpleasant scent of the product. Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have very fine, high porosity, medium-high density, 3B-3C curls. The challenge for me is finding a leave-in that provides significant moisture and definition/clumping without weighing my hair down. Sprays and milks either don't provide enough moisture or separate my strands too much. I've been using a priming spray and a texturizer like Innersense Whipped Creme Texturizer or Ouidad Whipped Curls along with a gel to get the moisture and texture. I used this alone with the Hydro Style Flexi Jelly and wow! My hair is moisturized, defined AND bouncy on DAY ONE and after clarifying! My curls are lush and pliable. We'll see how it holds up over the next couple days, but I'm super pleased with these results so far!
Keeps curls super bouncy!
I'm a male with short 3A hair and use this after priming my hair with Bed Head's After Party then diffuse after. The results are amazing, super bouncy curls that spring back when you touch them. I couldn't stop touching my hair when I first tried it lol. And my curls lasted days too!

I do think it makes my hair softer but I won't be able to continue using it due to the overpowering smell. I am so bummed about this one. I gave it 3 stars because I do think it has a functional benefit and I'm sure others won't mind the smell as much as I do. But if you are at all sensitive to scents I would avoid this one.
