Difficult to go on and irritates my eyes
Honestly wish I didn't have to give such a bad rating but my experience has been nothing but poor with this product. I was excited to try as it is advertised specifically to be waterline safe. I wanted to try a navy color. I usually wear quickliner but there isn't a navy option so I vacillated between the quickliner intense and this liner. I should've gone with the intense. As another reviewer mentioned, this liner is dry and doesn't go on smoothly at all. I find quickliner and quickliner intense to be much easier to use. I will not be purchasing this again.
Bright White will not line waterline

I bought this specifically to line my waterlines as they tend to be red and this product will not go on at all. It's so waxy the color won't transfer. I can't return it because I'm required to also send the promotional item back and I have already used it. Save your money if you plan to use Bright White to line the waterline.

As others stated - worked and glided on at first. a few weeks later - garbage. Dried up. No matter what I tried to get the pencil to work - nothing. disappointed - waste of money. Unless Clinque wants to replace - don't bother telling me to reach out to your customer service.
Smudge and Waterproof
I've tried so many "waterline safe" eyeliners that didn't hold up to their claims and started to fall out after an hour while irritating my eyes for rest of the day. THIs IS THE ONE. It set almost immediately, doesn't move all day on my lash line and waterline, lovely color complimenting dark/brown eyes, appears very natural. It's worth the price.
Good product, not so good applicator.
The eye liner itself is awesome. I love how it looks, I love that it stays on all day. The 2 stars I took off is because after about half way through the liner breaks, I try to put it back in but it's pointless because it smudges every where, my fingers the bathroom counter/sink. I don't mind paying the price because it is good high end liner. But it's not worth the price if I can't use the whole product. Fix that and I will try it out again. FYI I purchased this one 3 different times and it broke all 3 times.
