Taste update
I have used these hair vitamins for years. YES the formula and taste has changed but its not as bad as people are making it out to be. The results I get from them is worth the taste change.

I wouldn't say these give you magical hair growth or anything, but they definitely work. I've always been prone to lots of hair shedding, especially because I chemically process my hair every month. I have fine hair, and since turning 36 I noticed the crown of my head looking a teeny bit thinner than it did when I was in my 20s. While taking these gummies, I noticed a lot less hair shedding in the shower, my hair looked more voluminous after a blow-out, and my hormonal acne even cleared up a bit! All in all, not a miracle product by any means, but it definitely does improve hair and skin. Its not too expensive so I think its worth buying.
