I just started with the duo traveling pack and so far so good. My question is if I purchase both this bottle and the healthy V vitamin bottle, do I take it the same way? The packet carries 1 of each capsules. Or do I have to take more of each or either. This bottle says to take 2. Sorry if this doesnt make sense!

Ive been taking these for about a month now, and ive had nothing but stomach issues, crazy bloating, gas and consipation (ive never had an issues with any of these things before) ive also noticed my fave atartijg to break out. These might work well for other people, but not me
