Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a quarter-sized amount or more into your palm. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather. Add more shampoo if necessary. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed.

I love this as a gentle, basic shampoo. Because I use hair masks and leave in products, I don't think I need a complicated shampoo. This leaves me feeling clean without being stripped. There's no scent, which is fine with me.

Hair Type Straight Hair
This shampoo left my hair feeling very weighed down with a greasy residue....I do not use alot of hair products so I know it was from the shampoo. I tried washing twice but got the same results. I will not purchase again

My biggest turn off with this shampoo is the smell. For it being not scented it has the weirdest smell and it is not pleasant. I hold my breath when I use it. Secondly, I felt like it was stripping my hair. I will not be repurchasing.

When it comes to fragrance free shampoos you get what you ask for. Obviously this doesn't leave a scent but still not very pleasing to smell. Overall still great results but not my go to. Bought it because it was on clearance but I do not have any sensitivities to fragrance or dyes so I can not review it on that end. Over all I mix it in with my regular Kristin Ess The One shampoo to help make it last and to use the product but I don't plan on buying it again. Not my cup of tea but not a bad product in my opinion.
nice fragrance-free option
Being allergic to fragrance is a pain, and it sucks some of the enjoyment out of using things like hair products. It's not going to make your soul soar, but this is a perfectly good FF shampoo (the conditioner is also good) that doesn't dry out my damaged, regularly dyed fine hair.
