Precautions: Flash & Go is designed for use on the face (cheekbones down), legs, arms, underarms, bikini lines, and other areas of the body where hair removal is desired. This beauty tool is ideal for use with lighter skin tones (I - IV on the Fitzpatrick Skin Tone Classification Scale) and brown-to-black hair. It is not recommended for: Dark or tanned skin - the light will not detect the difference between skin and hair pigment, therefore it will not flash and treatment will not be effective. Blonde, grey or white hair - these individuals lack pigment in their hair and are not candidates for treatment.

Love it!After one use on my legs, the change was VERY noticeable... after a couple treatments, it changes, the results seem less, but mostly because it's little hair left and just in spots. The change on my face has been more slow, but there's definitely a change. I wish all those low reviews would be able to Actually learn how to use the device before posting their reviews. Like, But Did y'all Read the manual or ask for help? the device does stop working/flashing sometimes, because of the sensors, something about it, but if you try a different area or just pull it away and put it back on the skin, it will work again. sometimes when I'm doing my legs and that happens, I'll put it on my face, just till it flashes again, then go back to where I was Also, try whipping the flash and the sensor. I've had this for about a year, but barely got to so this review cause I happened to see this Item again here on the page and saw all the bad reviews. Can be time consuming depending on the area you are treating. 4. Getting a hold of customer service can be very difficult. If someone asked me today if I would recommend buying this product. I would say No, don't waste your money. Once I finally got a hold of customer service they wanted me to pay another $200 because I was past the warranty period. A friend recommending going to a professional clinic. Though clinics are most costly, the results have been permanent. Some clinics have specials as well as payment plans. In the same amount of time I used this machine the professional results were 100% more gratifying. I actually just purchased for more areas to be treated.

Bought this a few months ago and never had the time to use it, once I opened it and plugged it, it would not flash I tried it many ways and reread the instructions it did not work. A big waste of money.
