Caused Hair/Scalp Problems

Immediately after washing my hair with this shampoo it becomes really soft and smooth, but after frequent use I realized that my hair was becoming insanely greasy and frizzy within a day or two. This shampoo is really only a short term thing and shouldn't be regular because my scalp and hair has never been more oily, irritated, and frizzy after just a few hours of not washing it. I've now switched to another shampoo and no longer have this issue.
Don't Recommend
I have used "Kristin Ess The One" shampoo and conditioner for a year and loved it. I saw this "extra gentle" at the store one day and bought it thinking it would be better, but every time I use it, it leaves my hair greasier than before, and even dry shampoo can't help me. I have very fine hair with extensions and color treatment, so I cannot wash my hair every day, but if I keep using this "extra gentle" I might have to. I am going to go back to my regular "the one" and see if there is a difference. But all in all, this shampoo does not lather heavy but leaves heavy grease. So unless you want to look and feel like an order of Mcdonald's fries, I would not recommend this shampoo and conditioner.
Caused significant hair loss
This shampoo and conditioner combo caused a great deal of hair loss. I was so confused as to what caused it and when I noticed that others were also having the same complaints. It also caused my scalp to be so dry and itchy. Im now trying to find a prouduct to help my hair grow because of this product. If you can avoid it please do !!!

Purchased this shampoo and conditioner and I am in love. It smells amazing, my hair feels healthier and it doesn't weigh my fine hair down. Please always make this product.
