Ordered these.. and then cut my hair I'm Caucasian, with thicker, wavy hair that is typically straightened. I thought these would allow me to put my hair in a bun.. I will certainly give it a try when my hair is longer again. But despite having medium length hair now, I've been using them religiously. I've always had an issue buying hair ties. Most are too small to go around all my hair three times, or too big to go around twice. I usually have to stretch out the elastic a bit before being able to use them.. it's an ongoing, serious issue. These, I don't have to at all. Even using the long fit ones, I have no trouble at all. No tightening every five minutes, no fighting with it to stay in, and no stretching to fit. My only concern would be that these will stretch out with time. But then, I guess, it's time to replace! Where have these been all my life?
Too big for wrist Worked great for my hair with a tight hold and didn't leave creases. I leave the house in the morning with a hair tie on my wrist just in case I want to pull it up later in the day. I love having a hair tire accessible without having to find/dig for it in a bag but I don't see these fitting on anyone's wrist, It bounced around like a Very loose bangle bracelet. I bought multiple GIMME products that all work great so these would probably be my last to reach for only because I'll have to keep up with them with more effort.

This is my second time purchasing these!!!! I love them so much. I am 30 now, but I totally wish I had these growing up! Growing up I snapped ponytails weekly from my thick hair. These things last forever. The only reason I needed more was because my cat frequently hides them from me.

You're going to need really thick hair for these. They are enormous. I have hair to my hips. It is a medium thickness but it's straight. Was told these would work. No matter how many times I wrap it my hair still slides out.
