I ordered this and the shampoo online. The shampoo came sealed but the conditioner did not and it is only about 3/4 full. Is this normal? Should the conditioner have been sealed as well?

Watery and doesn't do much
Ordered it at first and loved the product so much so decided to order two more. Both bottles came very watery. You have to use 3 times more conditioner than before. I think they changed the formula. Won't buy again.

I have the blue as well, and it is like normal conditioner in cionsistency, but this purple conditioner is sooo thin and watery, wasted a lot with first use because it ran out like water!!!

I use this conditioner after using the purple shampoo and it makes my hair super soft and shiny. I have naturally curly, grey and colored blonde hair. My water changes my hair color to orange and this definitely helps!

I give this conditioner 4 stars because 1) it smells good, and 2) it really IS super moisturizing/hydrating. This conditioner feels really nice when applying to your hair. I feel like a lot of purple conditioners aren't very moisturizing but this one does make my hair soft. I haven't noticed much of a difference as far as toning the yellow or bringing out more ashy tones. But maybe I need to try the shampoo with it too!

I really don't know why this works so well for my hair. I use mostly natural products (but I've tried SO many things) and while this is insanely perfumed (nice smell but literally smells like you're rubbing perfume in your hair) it makes my hair look amazing. Not weighed down, moisturized, soft, slightly toned. I wish I could use it every wash but I don't like to be too cool toned and my hair is now really grown out to my natural golden reddish light brown with only blonde on the bottom half of my hair, so I just wish they had this formula without the purple hahaha. I have medium density fine-medium thickness wavy hair.
