I love that this primer is creamy and not oily as alot of primers out right now are. And I personally find that those don't well with my oily skin. This 3in1 Primer Protects and moisturizes for a smooth makeup application it's the best of both worlds. Rich in feel, but never greasy, this advanced oil-free face formula, instantly hydrates, softens and cushions skin is very easy to apply and made my skin feel really soft. It doesn't have any smell which is good. It paired well with the Colorstay Full Cover Foundation. It really reminds me of the Bobby Brown VITAMIN ENRICHED FACE BASE which I love its just very pricey. So i would highly recommend this product instead and save your money to buy more makeup.
I basically had no expectations going into trying this primer because I've been experimenting with a lot of different formulas lately. My first impression of this was that it basically just smells/feels like sunscreen. After blending in and applying foundation, I found that it gave a good smooth base (though not smooth enough to cover pores), and had a tackiness that helps makeup longevity. This is not something I'm going to use every day because my face doesn't like a lot of sunscreen. I will use it on days when I'm spending time in the sun and want my makeup to hold up and my face to be protected!

My makeup stays on all day and not only that but looks smooth and pretty. Please never stop making this Revlon!!

I've never been a big fan of primers, but my dermatologist told me I needed to wear sunscreen underneath my foundation. After several attempts that did not go well, I found a raving review of this primer on YouTube. It really is great. I have pretty dry skin, so I use this after applying my morning moisturizer (I wait a few minutes for the moisturizer to sink in first. ) My makeup goes on flawlessly and last all day. The only negative is it can make my foundation a tiny bit lighter, but that is not a deal breaker. I bought mine at a local drugstore and have already repurchased.

This stuff is amazing. You wash you dry you moisturize you put this on put your make up on and then you don't worry about anything for the rest of the day. I have absolutely no complaints. I am 60+ years old with fine lines and wrinkles and texture. Currently in the winter I am combination dry skin. Summer combination oily skin. No issues with acne. No white cast. It's pretty amazing stuff. And I don't even buy products they don't have SPF in them anymore. Did you hear that manufactures? More and more people do not even want to fool with products they don't have some level of SPF in them.

Felt this was kind of like every other primer. I still saw my pores and fine lines but it seems to help a bit

A fantastic primer. I like how a little goes a long way and pairs well with Revlon Full Cover Foundation.

I started using this two or three years ago, when I was working 14-16 hour days as a tour guide. In temperatures ranging from -30 to +103 degrees Fahrenheit, and with barely a moment to look at, much less touch up my makeup, I had to count on my makeup staying in place. And, of course, sunscreen is a necessity. This product made an extraordinary difference in how my makeup went on and stayed on. I bought this expecting much less. I see other reviews here complaining that this primer leaves a visible white film -- this doesn't happen to me.
For reference, I'm a medium pale, white woman in my early '60s, with combination skin that's very dry in places, and very oily in others. I'm starting to get dark sun spots, yellowish discoloration of my eyelids, and crepiness around my eyes. To complete the picture, I also have both rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis -- note that this primer does NOT irritate my skin.
After getting through most of '50s with very smooth, relatively even-toned skin, I'm having to learn a whole new approach to make-up. Mostly, keeping my foundation from sliding off my face is critical. This primer has become an important part of my arsenal, and works better for my skin than any other I tried.

I love that this primer also has SPF. It is decent for the price but leaves my skin kinda greasy. I use this and another primer to help with that

I purchased this primer a couple of weeks ago and it's fabulous! Goes on smooth, no smell and gives great natural coverage. I don't put on foundation over it, only a translucent powder. My skin looks healthy, smooth and natural and looks like I'm not wearing anything on it. No need to purchase a more expensive product - this really works and I will definitely continue to use it!

I have trued many many many primers, and this remains one of my favorites. It goes on smoothly and pairs really well with the Smashbox Studio Skin foundation. Any other primer causes the makeup on my forehead to break up, but this one doesn't. I also love that it has sunscreen in it.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't really do anything to help with large pores/oily areas. Overall good primer though

This primer works perfectly when combined with their color stay foundation. I use it everyday!

So impressed with this product, have tried every sunscreen or primer out there. Felt either heavy or caused blemishes. This feels so light, my foundation applied easily and love the SPF.

Works very well and does not make my face break out.

There is no need to wear a foundation or powder with this primer. With a bit of bronzer, I have the freedom of not wearing more makeup. It has spf And does moisturize. It keeps my bronzer intact and looks absolutely great in the pics! Goodbye, foundations, powders, BB creams and tinted moisturizers. Revlon did it again!

This Primer makes my skin feel very protected from the sun. The only not so good thing about it is it does leave whiteness on your skin kind-of like sunscreen, but it does have a lot of spf so im ok with it.
Like weird glue for your face from Palm Beach
Felt really sticky, makeup goes on but looks weird because of the consistency. The ingredients can't be good for your face.

I really like this primer. It disguises skin imperfections well. Leaves the skin very even and apparently hydrated.
Sad Sally from Kentucky
This product works great as a sunscreen but didn't make my makeup stay on longer and did nothing for oil control.

I always use it before I start de make up. It's super easy to apply on your face and it suits well with dry skin. It gives my face a soft and smooth finish, helping to hide some pores and holds the make up in place. I usually recommend this product for my friends when they ask me what primer I've been using.

I have tried a range of primers - this is by far the best. Has sunscreen. Glides on. Looks great. I use much less makeup. Really happy with it.

Great product, gentle on skin, long lasting. Would recommend. I am reviewing this product with my honest review for a sample given on crowdtap

One stop primer and sunscreen. This smooths and hydrates my skin and prepares my skin for lasting foundation application. Love this primer!

This primer smells like plastic and is not a great consistency. Mine was very watery and my foundation applied very unevenly after using the primer.
Season from Pennsylvania
Decent enough as a moisturizing primer. Smells like straight spf and there is a white cast. It does decent enough as far as what it is. I wouldn't run out and be in a hurry to buy it but I would use it again if I needed a primer and that was an option.

If you're looking for an affordable primer with SPF, this is the product for you. It's a very watery, thin consistency and feels more like a moisturizer than a primer, but that's perfectly fine. It is a white color when it comes out of the bottle, but it does blend out and doesn't leave behind a weird white cast, at least on my complexion. My skin is left feeling smooth after application and creates a good base for my foundation.

A great drugstore choice with spf. Consistency is very liquidity but absorbs nicely in the skin. Although, not sure if it did my super oily zone justice. I love it under a tinted moisturizer for extra sun defense on days I'll be outside.
