How To Use

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming, sweating, or immediately after towel-drying. Reapply at least every two hours.

I didnt want to believe it but I tried it for myself. Its harder to spread now, pills, and doesnt dry down so you stay greasy. The first bottle I had a year or two ago was a better product, unfortunately.
