How To Use
Apply to brows in short, feather-like strokes, using the tip of the pencil to guide brows into desired shape. Formula can be used over or under tinted brow products. Pairs well with Ulta Beauty Collection's Ultra Slim Brow Pencil. Spoolie can be used to apply wax and hold hairs into place.
