Remove the lower half of the backing and position tape just above the areola. Smooth the tape to the breast.
Remove the upper half of the backing. Lift breat to desired position, then firml press and smooth tape in place. Hold for 15 seconds while adhesive warms.
Precaution: Always remove adhesives slowly and carefully from the bottom. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, cut or sensitive skin. If you have a history or a family history of depigmentation or sensitivity to adhesives, do not use adhesive products. Keep out of reach of children.

Left a mark on my breast. I am praying it goes away with time. I wore these for approximately 4 hours and took off gently. It is now 4 days later and the mark is still there. I should've read the packaging as it says if you have more melanin to be cautious.

I tried it only once so far, but it worked really well. As opposed to another brand's roll of bra tape I've tried, this tape wasn't seen through my shirt. The other bra tape's texture wasn't concealable at all. This tape works better.
