MET MY EXPECTATIONS.
This diffuser paired PERFECTLY with my "Hot Tools Tourmaline Tools SuperLite Turbo Ionic Hair Dryer." The diffuser is lightweight even though it's the size of a cereal/soup bowl. The size helps distribute the heat evenly and encourages volume. I have thick hair; it's length is down to my tail bone.

I don't have any complaints and think it worked really well. Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare it to as this is the first diffuser I've used, but it has a nice large cone that you can scoop up most of your hair with. This made a significant impact on the definition and volume of hair.

I had a black orchid diffuser and I would have purchased another but the inner silicone/rubber ring is broken and it has been less than a year since I initially purchased. I would have repurchased another because it is large, dries efficiently, and leaves my hair with a reflective sheen. The reason that I wanted to try another diffuser is because it would get pretty hot to the touch. I am very impressed by the size of this diffuser and how well made it is (no exposed screws, no rough edges, etc). It is extremely sturdy. I deducted a point because the diffuser kept slipping off my dryer (Elchim 8th Sense Run) as the temperature increased. I've decided to return it, for that reason. Of note, it gets pretty warm to touch when on high heat. I believe it's worth a try if it fits your dryer.
Bouncer doesn't fit Baby Buttercup

I bought the Bouncer to go on the hair dryer I already owned; it didn't fit. So I returned to the shop and bought the Baby Buttercup to match the Bouncer, whose box says it "Pairs Perfectly with Baby Buttercup!" No, it doesn't; the Bouncer fell off and one of the fingers broke off. I'm very unhappy! If I hold the Bouncer with my free hand while drying my hair, it does great things to my curly hair. But it doesn't stay attached as it should, and it's very hard to use.

Hear me out first. I might be slightly stupid, but I couldn't get the diffuser to connect securely to the dryer. It fits fine, and isn't loose enough to come off without pulling it, but if I try to hold the hair dryer by the part of the defuser where it and the dryer overlap, the dryer falls. It's a decent sized contraption when it's put together and having short arms makes it difficult for me. Like I said, I may have just not yet figured out how to properly put it on so it stays on securely. Other than that, it's great!
