Scared but we're getting there I've used the same Maybelline eyelash curler forever so I know I'm biased because I'm just so accustomed to that mechanism, but this curler and I are still getting used to each other. It does provide a great curl, but it's (understandably, given the price) a bit flimsier and you really have to position it well to achieve that. Will keep at it because, to me, spending $30+ on one of the "good" eyelash curlers is a bit ridiculous, but then again you do get what you pay for!
Not for Short Lashes or Deep Set Eyes! I bought this eyelash curler, excited that I would get one with a "spring" and looking better than some others. However, I was incredibly disappointed upon trying to use this curler.
I have deep set eyes and short eyelashes, but I've never run into a problem with any number of curlers in the past. The curler itself was so bulky that I couldn't even get it into my eye socket to grasp the lashes, let alone curl them!
I did try on the other side and could get a few in the curler, but they didn't seem to curl well either. Unsure if that is because the pad is too soft or just that it couldn't grip the lashes it got.
I went back to the cheap $3 elf curler and am having no problems.
Great lashes but gave me a bump 4
