Cheap plastic bottle, lid won't come off
Plastic bottle gets deformed and the lid won't come off. Both of the issues make it so hard to get the product out. Good product…Lousy, cheap bottle.
love but cap needs updated
Will purchase again and again but will have to purchase separately a pump for the conditionor since the cap makes it hard to squeeze out but other then that live redskin products

Redone color gloss
I have tried every shampoo line you can think of… biolage/pureology/aveda/amika the list goes on. While i do love amika and biolage… i always go back to redken. I wasnt a fan of the color magnetics it made my hair feel heavy, the color soft worked but i felt like my hair needed more..leave in conditioner etc. but THIS… i dont even bave to use a leave in detangler/conditoning spray/blow out spray etc. i dried my hair after using this and you would think i have used products. I have naturally curly/wavy hair and this is prob the best line they have made.
