Where can I find my Member Number?
To find your Ulta Beauty Rewards number, simply login to your account by clicking the face icon on the top right of ulta.com and navigate to "My Rewards".
If you are not logged in, navigate to Ulta Beauty Rewards on the top right of the page, click "Find my Member ID" and an email will be sent to the provided email address. If you did not receive an email, or only provided your phone number at signup, please check your recent store e-receipt or printed receipt — you should find your Member ID at the bottom of the receipt.
