Not the foundation I was looking for

Not good on dry skin. JI made it right when I reached out to them with the complaint that my skin was looking splotchy and peeling when I applied this foundation. I applied over freshly washed, serumed, and moisturized skin. No primer used. I followed the directions. I wanted a liquid foundation that leaves a dewy finish and doesn't drag my moisturer underneath. For dry skin and full coverage.
