How To Use
Place your brush on the outer corner of your bottom lashline and flick outward away from eye to create a wing. Connect your wing to the top lashline by working the brush towards the inside of the eye in small strokes. Clean regularly with the e.l.f. Brush Shampoo (sold separately) and lay flat to dry.
