How To Use
Use fingertips, an eyeshadow brush, or liner brush to apply and blend. If using as primer, allow to set before applying more color.
To remove, apply e.l.f. Skin's Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm or a waterproof makeup remover, gently massage in circular motions, and rinse with water.
