STEP 1: FILL + ADD VOLUME

Wipe excess product off the spoolie. Start by applying DIPBROW Gel at the arch, working towards the tail. Then with remaining product on the brush, apply through the front of the brow. Let it set for 20 seconds.

STEP 2: BROW FREEZE

Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into the spoolie brush and remove excess before applying. On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place. To lay brow hairs down flat, apply gentle pressing motions using the metal ferule (on the angled brush side) of Brush 12 . Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use.
