Hair Type Wavy Hair

I purchased this product from Ulta with a discount coupon hoping it would give me some nice waves and volume, which it did. You can tell that this waver is very high quality and it reduced my frizz. I used it on the 330 degrees setting and I kept it locked when not clamping down. So I lock when brushing and release it just to curl, then lock it again. There are no instructions and the included QR code for a video does not work. So I looked up some YouTube videos and found the "How to get Deep Waves in your hair" by Mindy McKnight video very helpful. I have only tried this product once with only using dry shampoo and no hairspray and these pics are 3 days after my very first use. I didn't even brush my hair today.

My very bleached ends didn't keep the curl 3 days later

Light waves and no frizz

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I have very long, thick, straight hair.. I expected a deeper wave.. I get the exact same wave from putting my hair into 2 French braids, and than taking them out 12 hours later without heat damage. So, I kept it because, I may want the style without doing braids 12 before, however.. unless it lasts years.. its not worth the price I paid. But thats just my opinion.

gives no 80s vibes but purely loose beach waves and gets it done fast because plates are so big. does the perfect waves not to deep.

Makes loose waves that almost look like brushed out cursls vs other "wavers" that just crimp your hair and make it look kinky. So happy I found this!!
