How To Use
Lacquer: Apply your favorite ORLY basecoat to bare, clean nails and follow with two coats of your desired color. Apply one coat of ORLY Shining Armor Topcoat and let dry.
Gel: Apply one coat to your gel manicure to restore that just left the salon shine.
