Must have for smooth hair
I saw this product on a show. They showed a lady to has heat damaged her hair using hot irons, curling irons, etc and was experiencing serious frizz as a result. They treated one side of her hair with the shampoo, conditioner and no frizz styling cream and the other side they left untreated. They pr...

Smelling good is the only thing
Worst shampoo, want to throw away after first week but couldn't because of how much it was. I gave it one stare just because it does smell good.

I notice my scalp and base of my hair still has residue. I thought I may not have rinsed thoroughly but after several sessions of rinsing I still continue to have residue texture on my scalp and base of my hair.
I do buy this product again and again

AWESOME
Disappointed but not surprised
I have straight, dirty blonde (almost a neutral tone light brown) hair that is medium length. My hair previously was platinum/bleach blonde and I am growing it out to regain integrity/strength in my hair after 8 years of lightening and fun-coloring it. The bottom 2 inches of my hair is still this platinum color and the damage from all of that was extensive enough since I played around with colors way too much. The dead blonde hair lead to many split ends since there was breakage that splits up my hair strands, which gives me the appearance of having frizzy hair, especially in this humid Pennsylvania heat wave (100F and over 90% humidity). I'm 29 years old and always prided myself on taking excellent care of my hair and I like to experiment with products once in a while. I had high hopes for this because of reviews, but knew it could be a risk since my hair type might not be the target customer for this line. The shampoo is drying, it barely lathered at all so I had to use x3-5 more product than other shampoos (all sulfate free as well) and the scent is nothing special, it just smells like a hair salon (which IMO all their products smell the same which isn't detrimental to me deciding to stick with it). I'm going to exchange to try their hydration line shampoo. I only avoided buying that bc it had less stars when reading reviews, but my hair has always preferred products that aim to hydrate rather than "strengthen" or "de-frizz". Their restore shampoo was also unimpressive to me. My boyfriend likes their products, he is 32 and has medium thickness, full/dense hear of light-medium brown hair with grey hairs sprinkled throughout (he smoked his whole life until recently, and was a teen parent, his skin and hair appear and feel much more "aged" than other men his age). I have taken extreme care of my health, skin and hair since I was a teen so those features are more youthful. I worked at ulta and the main consumer for this brand were people in mid-late 40s and older. Main consumer for Pureology was women in their 30s. Main consumer for brands like AG, Ouai, Joico, Pravana and Fekkai were women in their 20s and 30s. I align with Pureology's hydrate shampoo + conditioner, their products are outstandinf for the health of my hair. I love Ouai's medium conditioner, but their shampoos are not great (though much better than this item im reviewing). Joico, AG and Pravana were great in my early 20s but now my hair needs a bit more nourishment than those brands can provide. Grow Gorgeous is an amazing brand I recommend for all ages and is the one hair brand both my partner with aged hair and me with more youthful hair both love. We'll see how the hydration shampoo works for me, my next experiment is Virtue's "flourish" line for thinning hair, since my hair is still yourhful but i am reaching an age where i am losing more of it when i brush.
