For some context I have 2b coarse dry and thick wavy hair. When I use this brush on my dry hair it detangles it very easily. I wouldn't say it doesn't catch or snag because it does occasionally, but a lot less than with other brushes I've used in the past. My hair is prone to tangling easily so it's nice to have a brush that easily glides through my hair. I bought the kuromi one because she's my fave sanrio character. I will say that it will absolutely brush out your waves and make your hair poofy as a result but I use this brush before washing or restyling my hair so it's no big deal for me.

I actually got this bc of the review a mom made about her daughters hair. Just got it today and used it after i showered and wow this is even better than the tantle teeezer brand. Im going to buy another one while they are on sale.

Bought this brush for my 9 year old daughter. She has an extremely sensitive head and very fine hair that knots too easily. This brush goes straight through the tangled and knots without my daughter screaming!!
