Not understanding the negative reviews.Everyone seems to be saying the color comes out red, but I don't see it. Im very fair, an actual redhead, and I got the shade light brown and to me this is not red at all, however it is very warm toned. But still a brown. It's also not too light for me, but to be fair my brows are so light naturally that you can't even see them, so it couldn't really possibly be too light. I can't speak to the other shades obviously, but to me this is a true light brown. Now that that's out of the way, I LOVE this pen! It is incredibly fine and is the first one that actually looks like strokes of hair to me. Other ones will give you lines, but not thin enough to fool anyone into thinking they're actual hairs. But this does. Now to wait and see how fast it dries out.."Black Brown" was a light brown redI was so excited to try this product because Colourpop makes amazing makeup. I use a brow pen and pencil to make a realistic "micro-bladed" looking eyebrow. As soon as I saw this new release I ran to my local Ulta, and I loved the size and how tiny the application tip was. My gut told me to swatch it in my car before driving home, and like most brow products—not only was it extremely warm toned (very red/orange), it was almost a light brown. Again, the color I selected was "Black Brown". I am honestly disappointed. I immediately got out of my car to return it.

Good for a few uses

I really liked this after the first application, the color went on a little orange at first but after a while blended in with the rest of my brow hairs and the tip was fine enough to make hair like strokes which I loved. But after the first few uses the pen is almost completely dried out and I have to press harder than I should, after a few uses, to get any product out. I think this product has so much potential to be amazing but with the small amount of uses and the narrow shade range I think most people resort to using this only as a freckle pen.

Best brow pen

This is the best brow pen I have used! I fluff up my brows with a wax than I use this with the brow gel I'm obsessed! I finally Perfected my brow Routine!

Colors aren't accurate to descriptions

I bought this in black brown. It was the only color my location didn't have a sample out for. It's literally the same color as the lightest shade I swatches on my hand. It also swatches nicely but when I use it on my brows it's too watery and unfortunately doesn't show up well. Could be a good product with a little more pigment but it needs some work so for now, I wouldn't not recommend this product

Wrong color/ sheer/ pink tint

I love the applicator, very thin and precise. But the color is very miss leading. It dosent come out the color on the box. It's sheer and has a pink tint.

Great as a freckle pen

Got so many compliments on this product when I used it as a freckle pen. Everyone said it was super natural and looked amazing. No idea how it works as a brow pen but I'm going to restock before they reformulate lol. It's so affordable too!
