I've been using this since the 90's! it is by far the best moisturization compared to any other balm I've ever used.
I also love the tin- it fits so flat and nice in my pocket. when it's used up, I keep the tin to use for other things.
I used to SWEAR by Burt's Bees... about 10 years ago. Suddenly, it seemed to actually chap my lips and I stopped using it.
My boyfriend recently purchased some and said it was amazing, offering it to me as both of us had chapped lips. I told him my experience but decided it had been such a long time, I'd try it again. I used it Wednesday night, 8/23/17. Thursday morning my bottom lip was swollen and dry, looked like it was ready to burst out of itself. Friday morning, both lips were swollen and dry.. at least it was the weekend. Over the weekend, I tried regular chapstick, I tried healing ointment (Aquaphore) and even Vaseline...Nothing can overcome this dryness. Today is Monday and I would guess my lips are about 60% improved but, sheesh!! Ridiculous! I will never, ever, use Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm again. That's a promise! With this set of four, I put one in my purse, one with my cosmetics, one in the pocket of a jacket I wear a lot, and one in my car.

i use multiple chapsticks (i just have different ones lying around), this is the One i keep on my nightstand. it's definitely more of an oil based one (check the ingredient), with butters and beeswax not being at the top of the list affecting the consistency of the product. it's not the typical thicker texture of other burt's bees products, but i find this very nice and nourishing while still having enough protective & sealing ingredients (wax and butter) so it isn't like rubbing oils on ur lips (which is an experience i don't find too appealing). that is something to beware of though-because of the more thinner texture (which i do love & appreciate), it does transfer easily after application.
i have different chapsticks (ones that are thicker with more of that butter/wax stuff) and i find this one helps me balance out & maintain the health of my lips pretty well along with those.

I didn't read the reviews first and I should have. I bought based on ingredients which in theory sound amazing, but it really does dry out the lips. It also makes any dry skin on the lips hard and crusty. It's a thin horrible texture too. Not soothing at all. The honey flavor/scent Burt's Bees is where it's at. Get that one, not this.

I have been using this chapstick nonstop for about 6 years. It is my daily go to chapstick and it has never failed me. It has a nice peppermint flavor that is not irritating (I have very sensitive skin and lips). I have used this through several acne treatments in conjunction with aquaphor when I have had severe chapped lips and I have never turned my back. I feel like these chapsticks last a while too, and I use mine a lot.

First time buying this and I will definitely buy again. It was on sale so that made it even better.

There's something about the original burts bees lip balm. This one is more moisturizing than any of the other flavors I've found. Feels nice on the lips and starts out feeling cool and minty

I usually love Burts Bees lip products, but this is terrible. It feels like thin, greasier Vaseline that isn't hydrating. It feels like it should be more moisturizing because of how oily it is, but it isn't. It just sits there and feels gross. Stick to the regular stuff.

I love the brand, but this lip balm is the worst I've ever experienced among any brand I've tried. It's thin feeling, lasts a minute, and then makes your lips dryer than an arid desert. My lips were worse off after using it for only an afternoon.

I love my Burt's Bees Lip Balm! I don't leave the house without it. As a matter fact, I have one in my car, in my purse, in my nightstand, and in my pocket.

I liked this, but the scent was really off.

This is a great lip balm. It contains peppermint oil, so it has a nice little tingle that lasts for a short time after applying and gives the balm a nice smell. It's thick, but comfortable and the moisture lasts a long time. I apply a generous amount at night and my lips still have some on in the morning, where other lip balms have disappeared after the same use. I appreciate being able to buy a package of 4 at once. Even though they last a decent amount of time, it's a product I use a lot of and prefer to have back-ups.

I've used this for years. It's the one thing I cannot live without

The only chapstick my husband uses.

No this lip balm does not contain mint of any kind, there is actually a ingredient list near the product description. Have a wonderful day and a wonderful 2021!
I am in love with Burt's Bees original peppermint and vitamin E chapstick but I wanted to try something new. This lip balm is terrible, it feels like a thinner Vaseline! And, might I add, Vaseline is cheaper. It feels like a layer of oil on your lips that rubs off in .2 seconds, thank goodness it comes off so easily. If you want this buy Vaseline for better protection and you'll get more for the price.

Have used Burt`s Bees Beeswax, and Honey lip balms for decades.
It is one of the very few lip balms I can count on to keep my lips moisturized, keep dryness and chapped lips away, It performs well under lip colour, keeping my colour in place, from crumbling or flaking, and more matte colours from drying my lips, leaving them more comfortable.
I never experience my lips peeling or actually becoming dehydrated with this balm - it MUST be this BEESWAX or the HONEY FORMULAS - The B.B . Rejuvenation WILL peel and dehydrate my lips - just to be aware.
Goes on smooth, melts into lips , and also forms a barrier. Long lasting , I do not have to reapply for hours. The taste and smell is subtle , a tad bit pepper minty.
Purchasing the 4 pack keeps me stocked up , I can also share a tube for someone in need, and makes great stocking stuffers or that extra little gift item.
I keeps a tube in my handbag, at my bedside, in the bathroom, and even the coffee table :)

My daughter loves Burts Bees so we got her this as a little stocking stuffer. We know she will love it!

I use the lip balm when my lips are dry or chapped and it is highly effective and continues working for quite awhile. I have given this as gifts and everyone who has received them from me now only uses the Burt's Bees lip balm with vitamin E and pepperming
