Just received the beauty bio.... i have pumped it over100 times and nothing is dispensing, I have turned the tube multiple directions. Im thinking it is a faulty pump??

I've been using the Eyelighter Concentrate Serum from BeautyBio, and I have to say… this little tube is doing big things. It was gifted to me, but all opinions are my own — and I genuinely love it. The cooling metal tip feels amazing in the mornings, and it instantly helps depuff and brighten my under-eyes. It glides on smooth and layers perfectly under concealer without creasing or caking. The formula is packed with skincare goodies like plant-powered retinol, hyaluronic acid, and a gentle form of vitamin C — which means I'm getting actual skin benefits while looking more awake.

I didn't know how much I needed this until I tried it! The metal tip is so soothing especially when I keep it in the fridge and it instantly helps with puffiness in the morning.
