Very light in color
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] What can I say, it's an NYX product! They make good things. Normal dry time for it being a felt tip liner. Had hoped it was be more glittery since I thought i read it was supposed to have glitter, but i also know light colors don't show on my light/fair skin easily. I also don't do bold eye looks or dark eye looks often enough for this light colored liner to really show up for me. I'm sure it's better if up against darker.... anything.

This silvery shade is everything, super reflective, glittery, and eye-catching without being too much. It gives that perfect pop of sparkle whether you're doing a full glam look or just adding a little fun to a simple eye. What really impressed me is that it's waterproof. I wore it to an outdoor event and even through a few happy tears, it didn't budge at all. The formula dries quickly and stays put all day with zero smudging or flaking. The brush tip glides on like butter, so smooth and precise. Even if you're not a makeup pro, it's easy to get a clean line or build up a bold glitter wing without any tugging or skipping. This eyeliner is now a go-to in my makeup bag. If you love silver sparkle and want something that lasts through anything, Flashy Flare is it!
