Pulls Hair!!
Chi really messed up on this hair iron. I've baught many chi irons in the past and never had a problem. But this one constantly pulls my hair at the end of the iron. My hair gets stuck at the ends of the plates. No matter how much or little I try to straighten. I have thick curly hair. And these plates on this particular iron have a slight bounce effect which is i think the reason its constantly pulling. Don't be fooled for how pretty it looks. I hate it. Big waste of money!

It did get my hair straight however no matter how small of a section or big it pulled my hair, if I didn't pay attention closely and my hair got to the end of the plates it would get stuck an pull it out. Definitely disappointed and on my way to return it.

It does its job, however, me personally , wouldnt really recommend. It pulls my hair out and my hair always ends up getting stuck. After a couple uses the clamp started feeling rough (idk how to explain that part)

Such a good hair straightner, doesn't pull hair very slick my hair takes awhile to straighten because I have Irish curls. But this straightner gets it done!
