Love the product - hate the packaging
This is a lovely shampoo that produced great results for my curly dry-ish hair. A little goes a very long way. But - the packaging is a nightmare. I couldn't get the plastic seal off the bottle! There was no tab to pull on. It took punching a hole in it and then removing it with pliers! No way could...

HORRIBLE ! DO NOT BUY !!
I tried this shampoo and conditioner and it left my hair dry and rough ! It was recommended to me by a hairstylist here at ulta. The shampoo lather was awful and the conditioner had a watered down consistency. I ultimately returned the two and will stick with my Ouai products .

Purchased the hydrating shampoo and conditioner as it was recommended by my hairstylist here at Ulta . I have to say this is the worse shampoo and conditioner I have tried. Made my hair feel very dry and rough. Does Not lather whatsoever! Conditioner feels watered down! Like other reviews here YES this shampoo and conditioner has a medicated smell to it. Returned both and will be sticking to my Ouai products which never disappoint.
Disappointed
I went deep into the reviews and read nothing but rave and praise. Maybe the product was too new? Maybe my hair toe is not ideal, though it's marketed towards all. Whatever the reason, I am so disappointed. For the cost, such little product with a faulty top. And for the product, it just leaves such an odd residue! I tried double cleansing, only using one wash, tried using a detox shampoo before in case it was me. Nope. It's this shampoo. Smells great but stays with you and gives you day two oiliness hours after showering.

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
Very hydrating and smells amazing. I don't think I've used a hydrating shampoo for but I get it now lol. I always thought it was a waste until I used this just to try it out and yes, let's just say I'm using sparingly so it lasts longer lol. This like isn't cheap but the products I've tried so far are really good and my hair is hard to please. I'm going to try the lotion next.

Hands down the best shampoo I've ever used! It has so much slip & its so hydrating that it feels like a conditioner. Do yourself a favor and het it!
