Love the product - hate the packaging
This is a lovely shampoo that produced great results for my curly dry-ish hair. A little goes a very long way. But - the packaging is a nightmare. I couldn't get the plastic seal off the bottle! There was no tab to pull on. It took punching a hole in it and then removing it with pliers! No way could...

It's ok nothing mind blowing
I love that my hair felt moisturized and it didn't tangle after I washed it. It's also very foaming. It's nothing mind blowing. I can get the same results from my Mane Choice, Cream of Nature or Aunt Jackie shampoos. It's really expensive. You are basically paying for Beyoncé's name.

I always use some degree of hydrating shampoo/conditioners so it's not an issue of my hair not being able to handle moisture but this product didn't make my hair or scalp feel clean at all.. still feels greasy after washing
