Severely burned my hair!
I bought this 2 weeks ago and thought it was amazing, untill I went to my stylist yesterday and she said my hair and ends were severely burned and singed. They had become almost crunchy. She had to remove 3 inches to get rid of the damage. I am devastated that it will take a year to grow back that 3...

I have bought this twice and the second time i had the worst experience. The first one lasted about 3 years. The second one only lasted about 6 months. It worked fine until the cool setting stopped working. Now it runs super hot and it started burning my hair.

Short life
This hairdryer only worked on high heat for me for maybe three weeks. The low setting still works, but takes a lot longer to blow dry my hair.
Stopped working after 2 years, didn't make it to 3 years
I will repurchase even thiught it didnt last as long as I woukd have hoped. But almost 3 years is better than a meer 6 months. Made my hair look voluminous and not dry. I guess I over loved it.

Ive always loved hot tools brand but this made my hair fried & smells like burnt hair after use. I do it when my hairs 80% dry so it shouldnt be leaving a burnt hair smell in my hair
