Not working for me so far….not even a little bit.
I have taken 16 of these supplements (16 days)…and it hasn't made any difference in my hot flashes/sweats (I'd call them night sweats but they are occurring every 2-3 hours 24 hours a day.). Absolutely worth every dollar! At least for me it works! I had just started having hot flashes and night sweats constantly, it seemed. My daughter told me about Me.No.Pause. I was very skeptical but definitely willing to try anything as it was so awful🥵 Then about 3 weeks in I noticed a big change! Sleeping through the whole night! Working in high stress environment usually was setting off my hot flashes but no more! Thank you Womaness!! And thanks to my daughter Brandi😌 I love MeNoPause🩷

I have been using Me•No•Pause for several years. I stumbled upon it while shopping for vitamins and natural supplements to combat menopause. Within weeks of taking it, I noticed less hot flashes, night sweats and brain fog.
I love this stuff
So far I haven't had a mood swing or hot flash yet this is some good stuff
Missing pills
I ordered this product that in my opinion is not cheap, over $46.00. It says that it has 30 pills Well it does not, it has 26. I counted them because I had to put them in my pill dispenser. Let's see if they work but just from the get go a little difficult to trust the company and its products. I hope the creams I bought work as well. Dissapointed so far.
