The eyeliner that was, I guess
The packaging was so cool to look at, especially as an absolute beginner to makeup. I swear, it was drier than the Sahara Desert when opening it for the very first time, and I couldn't even get the wand's brushes to stay still. Trust, you can find better eyeliner out there, just not this one, unfortunately. : (

This product used to be my favorite now is very dry as soon as i open it , bought it twice and same thing. Save your money!!!
Second one I buy that's dried out
I've purchased this twice already and both times the liner came dry. So disappointing considering I loved their old formula. They need to change it back
