I bought this one because
I bought this one because auto recommended when I choose the "tolerance cream" I used to use, but it out of stock and discontinued product. It says they are similar, but after using one bottle, my face keeps peeling actually they are not the same thing. It is not gentle enough for my face.

Best moisturizer for my skin type (dry, sensitive, acne prone). I love how it is fragrance free and simple ingredients. I can use it in both the summer and winter during the day. I especially like the pump as it's hygienic and travel friendly.

When I think of a balm, I think of a really thick, dense, almost 'oily' or 'waxy' feeling product but this is more like a thicker cream. Maybe it is in the translation from French to English - like 'balm' has a different meaning there? I do love this as a moisturizer but I wouldn't call it a balm and I don't think it is helping with my skin barrier. I appreciate that there is no added fragrance, I love the packaging too. And it didn't sting my HYPER sensitive skin at all which is incredibly rare.
