My poor daughter has the misfortune of buying this product. This morning, the rubber handle broke off & the curler ripped out half the lashes on that eye.

I got this curler maybe 2 months ago after my tweezerman broke and started ripping out my eyelashes. So so relieved at how well this worked in the beginning, left my eyelashes curled all day. HOWEVER, I am now crying because this morning I was using it and I heard a snip. The fricking curler cut my eyelashes in half. My middle eyelashes are now STUMPS. I don't know what to do. What do I do? Please keep in mind that I am a huge Elf fan, I respect the fair prices and I love the good quality, unfortunately this product left me in tears.

My eyelashes refuse to hold a curl no matter what but this eyelash curler is the best I have ever used. 10/10 I would recommend it to anyone!
