Cocokind's Postbiotic Acne Serum for Clear and Balanced skin treats acne, blackheads, and clogged pores effectively yet gently. Powered by 1.5% salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid that works on the skin's surface to slough off dead skin and within pores to clear congestion.

Key Ingredients
- 1.5% salicylic acid - a beta hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates dead skin cells and decongests pores to help reduce excess oil
- Postbiotics - beneficial bacteria that is produced by fermentation to help balance and soothe for more comfortable skin
- Beta glucan - (derived from oats) locks in hydration, calms, and supports skin's natural barrier function
If you are new to BHA, use 3-4 times a week before building up to daily usage. Use after cleansing and toning, gently massage or pat 2-3 drops of serum onto skin. serum is suitable for daily use in the am and/or pm, always finish with SPF. Suggested routine: cleanse, tone, serum, moisturizer, SPF (AM).

For our products that contain active ingredients like the postbiotic acne serum, we always recommend starting off slow and spacing out actives throughout the week! You can even try alternating between the products at first - for example: using the serum at night and the cleanser during the day, or using them on alternating days. Please note using multiple active ingredients at the same time has the potential for irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin. Please be sure to let your skin become familiar with a new product before introducing another product with active ingredients. We encourage you to listen to your skin. If you start experiencing irritation, reduce your usage. We recommend purchasing the serum that best matches your biggest skin concern - acne or barrier support. My favorite acne product
I have mainly hormonal acne (I'm 19) so I cannot speak on deep cystic acne. However on my major break outs this clears it within three days. I love the ingrediants. I have really sensitive skin and stuff like elf breaks me out. I'm on my second bottle and have been using this for about three months....

Hormonal acne treatment
This is THE treatment I've been looking for and it was a total blind buy out of desperation. This immediately began healing and minimizing my hormonal acne breakouts. I have normal/dry skin but I'm able to use this morning and night with minimal flakiness (aside from actively healing spots) and my normal moisturizing routine. It reduces redness significantly, gives me a glow from the gentle exfoliation and clears out some of my stubborn pores on my chin. I'll definitely purchase this again when I run out.

I had to come back and write a review after over 2 years of using this serum, because in the last few months, I realized I wasn't using it to its full potential! After using it to treat active breakouts, I started using it as a preventative before and throughout my cycle when I tend to break out.
