Soak a cotton pad with Buttah Rosewater Toner and gently pat it over your face, neck, and chest. Use toner after washing your face, and before using Buttah Vitamin C Serum and moisturizer. You can also skip the cotton pad and put a few drops of toner into the palms of your hands and then delicately press them into your face.

I ran out of the supplied pads to apply the toner, but Buttah had them specifically made and didn't offer a link to purchase. Effective but harsh
This product is effective, but it's too harsh for me to use daily. I don't have sensitive skin and can only use this product once a week. If I use it more than once a week, it will dry my face, severally.
