Most Helpful Positive Review Best I've Ever Used My hair used to never hold a curl. Now, I use this curling wand at least once a week. My hair is long, about belly-button length. The barrel is long enough that I can wind my hair root to ends with no problem. I love the non-tapered barrel, my hair always slides right off the tapered models. With this straight barrel I can wind my hair around it and it actually stays in place. It heats up really quickly and stays hot the entire time I'm using it. I can curl thicker sections of hair for a more relaxed, every-day look or use smaller 1-inch sections for a more formal look. The curls last all day long and usually look decent enough the second day that I just need to touch up a few pieces before I walk out the door. And the price can't be beat. I've paid 3x as much for products that I didn't like as much as I like this.
p.s.- Not that this is important, but if anyone is confused by why the heck its called "Curlipops" it's because the package it comes in looks like a lollipop.
Most Helpful Critical Review Only has On/Off Switch so one heat setting. I never used the product because it did not have heat settings. It has an on/off switch which means that it only has one heat setting. With knowing everyone has different hair, this is a major product flaw. If someone with thin, easy to damage hair purchased this product they would be losing their hair. If someone with thicker, harder to curl hair purchased this product they would have a hard time curling their hair.

I'm going to be returning this- used it for about 3 weeks. I'm torn because at first I really liked it and it definitely curls and is hot enough and comes at a great price. I have long hair and a lot of it. But I feel like it makes my hair frizzy and doesn't smooth it out. Also I know the end is meant for you told hold but I don't feel that is needed with a wand and my hair gets stuck on it because it's rubber. I had a nume wand for almost 8 years that I loved and it finally gave out. Will probably up my budget a to get something more comparable.

I've had this curling wand for years. Bed Head products no matter what I buy I love! They also always last me forever! It's a great want to do waves or bouncy curls especially for medium/long hair.
By far my favorite!! 5

This wand has become my most favorite curling iron that I've ever used. I have a lot of hair but it's fine and straight. With this wand, my curls stay in for days. It does get VERY hot and there's a learning curve. I used the glove a few times and also burned myself a few times lol Now I'm a pro, no glove needed and haven't burned myself in almost 2 years of using this. Whenever I'm forced to use a different iron or want, it's just not the same, the curls don't hold as well or look as good.
No heat setting 2

This was ok. Only has an on and off switch. No temperature adjustment.
It's amazing ! 5

This wand is only one setting but it's perfect heat! I leave it on my hair for about 3-5 seconds and it leaves it looking so nice ! I leave the curls right and then shake my head and it leaves it so voluminous. If you are thinking about getting it, just do it. It won't disappoint.
I will but it again its my third one 4

I forgot to unplug the curling iron and it exploded on my bed so be careful
Beach waves I've been looking for! 5

I cannot use a curling iron to curl my hair without it looking weird so I have gotten used to using my straightener. I figured I'd give this a try and it works perfectly! It gives just the right amount of wave without super curl. It heats up super fast and gets really hot so you can burn yourself for sure. I attempted to use the glove to avoid that but I found it's easier to do without the glove once you get the hang of it. Happy with my purchase!
Not for my hair 1

I feel that this is a great wand if it works for you. I have typical straight blond hair and my Chi Spin N Curl works great and gives me waves/curls that last. I wanted to go for a bigger more vintage wave style so I thought this would do it. It didn't do anything to my hair at all. No wave, no curl, no nothing. I'll be exchanging it for either a curling iron or hot rollers. So the product doesn't get good reviews from me, but Ulta's awesome return policy does.
Love it so far! 5

I used this for the first time yesterday and I loved the way my curls turned out. It's easy to use and I love that it's ceramic. I got it for half off as well so that made it even better!

I have tried many different wands and nothing ever worked for me! But I would recommend this one 100x's
No heat settings 3

I didn't notice when I purchased this that it was an on/off switch rather than adjustable heat settings. That's a red flag. This product would not be ideal for someone with fine hair because it would likely damage it. If I had to guess I would say the heat setting is somewhere between 325-350. Lucky for me that is the right temperature for my hair type, so it does curl it well and it's easy to use. I think for the price it's worth it.
Not for thick hair 1

Bought this thinking it would curl my long thick hair, like my conair infinity pro but I was wrong! Needed something bigger for less tight curls and this disappointed me so much :( back to the store it goes.

I was on the search for a wand that would work for my hair for the longest time!! I had bought couple different ones throughout the years but i was never satisfied with how my hair looked and it could be the wands never got to a higher temp like this one. It always looked really good as soon as i was done but within an hour or two it was gone. My hair is long (to my butt) so my hair weighs down specially when curled. I was able to try my sisters wand when i was on a trip and i was so impressed on the curls lasted on my hair the whole night and the next morning they looked just as good!! I bough this wand cus i like the beach wave look on my type of hair and i am not dissapointed!! I absolutely looove it!!
Great curls and wand for the price! 5

I have researched wands for weeks and was afraid to try one - just wasn't sure it would work on my hair. I could never get the flat iron to curl my hair well and one side would take better than the other and drive me crazy.
The first time I used it it took about 20 mins to curl my whole head of hair - I have thick wavy hair that tends to hold curls pretty well. Once I applied heat protectant, I would hold each section for about 12-15 secs and it seemed to work well for my hair. Once it was curled I shook my hair out and was in love with the curls. For me, great product and gave me nice consistent curls.
The curls held well the next day until it rained and they did fall out then but normal for my hair.
Buying this for everyone I know 5

I love this curler. I started using it a few years ago when my roommate had it and it curled my hair so beautifully that I went and bought my own. I repurchased this recently to give to a friend for her birthday and plan on gifting one to all my friends who love curling their hair. This is the best curling iron I've used even compared to my Hot Tools one. I also love that it doesn't have a clamp (tbh never could figure out how to use it)
Love this wand! 5

Love this wand! Perfect temp and making the curls shine! Probably the best wand for the price.
Beautiful waves/curls 4
C from FL
I love it. I got very pretty curls/waves with this wand, and my hair kept its shine with not a lot of frizz. It was also very easy to do and not time consuming, which was surprising because I am someone who air drys my hair 90% of the time as I am not good at blow drying and prefer wavy hair over straightening it. The only downside is not knowing how hot it is(hence loss of star), but the package says it can go up to 400 degrees, and my heat protectant is up to 450 so I think it's fine.
I may try a more expensive wand or at least one with heat settings eventually, but I'm excited to continue to use this for awhile. Worth the money.
I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN 5

I love this!! 5

I love this because it's so simply and it works so well! I was looking for a good wand without a clamp to get bigger curls and I love it! My only complaint is that you can't adjust the heat but other than that I love it.
Gets the job done! 5
mm from ny
Pros- easy to use, wires don't tangle, the entire bottom section rotates, glove provided to prevent burns.
Cons- Can't adjust heat
I've been using this for two years and it gets the job done! I have medium length and thick hair, 8 seconds is enough for a beachy wave look. If I curl the night before, I usually hold it for about 10 seconds since it loosens up overnight. It's all about how you utilize the iron depending on your hair type and the curl you want. I highly recommend!
For a little wave this would work 3
XOXO from Fortuna ca
Doesn't get hott enough..but works for a little wave
This wand is difficult to use 1
Disappointed from Pa
Not fantastic to have to put on a glove to wrap your hair around a hot iron . I need minimal work as I am not one to fuss w my hair . Will buy a $12 iron next time that's easier to use.
doesn't hold 2

I purchased this wand after I got my hair styled at Ulta. It works well and was under $40! I love it so far.
