Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard.

I have used the Dream patch with good results so I decided to try the Desire patch. I was very disappointed. I've used good patch before. I saw this on the ulta app and had to try it. I gave it about 30 min to activate after placing it near my wrist. It definitely intensified the experience in a great way.
