Apply to hands, feet, legs, arms and butt cheeks, adding water to open up the lather and scent. Breathe deeply to awaken your inner beast. Rinse thoroughly. Can be used as a body scrub elsewhere - but only where adventurous intensity is desired. When we say it tingles, we mean it, so avoid sensitive areas. Great on rough skin.
Avoid eyes and mouth. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. It really tingles.

Husband's Favorite!
My husband loves this, it's a constant in his shower routine. It's not an aggressive scrub, but perfect for every day use!
Not what I expected
When I saw the description "exfoliating lava rock body scrub", I expected a hard core SCRUB. This is nothing more than gel with sand. It's slimy and does not wash off well at all. The exfoliating factors are seriously nothing more than small granules of sand. I was looking for more of a salt scrub. The smell is heavy eucalyptus, which is pleasant if you have nasal congestion. I would not purchase this again. I actually threw it away because it's that bad. If it washed off better I may have kept it for when I have a sinus infection.
