I use it once a week (but you can use it up to two times a week). I use it before I go to bed, wait 10 minutes, wash it off, then apply my favorite face mask. This product ENHANCES the benifits of other products such as my face mask I use after. Or even if you put on an anti-wrinkle cream or moisturizer after, it increases the effectiveness of those products. I have noticed an intense decrease in dark marks and scarring from acne I had a year ago and reduced fine lines and wrinkles from when I used to use cigarettes. My complexion is literally flawless thanks to this stuff!
